Order Processing

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Signature Confirmation
- High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- If you waive signature, you accept full responsibility once the package is marked as delivered.
Shipping Restrictions

Backorders & Pre-Orders
- If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified of the restock date and may choose to wait, substitute, or request a refund.
- Pre-order items ship when inventory is available. Estimated ship dates are listed on product pages and may change.
- Orders with pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are available. Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments.
